Terms and Conditions

Lateness:

If you arrive late and miss the time for the boat leaving the dock you won't be refunded. Doesn't matter if there was traffic or something came up. Be on time.

Cancellations/Reschedules:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule for a future yacht party after you've completed checkout and agreed to a set time, you must notify us seven (21) days prior to your scheduled time. In addition, there will be a $45 fee to cancel or reschedule.

If you notify us less than seven (7) days, or 168 hours, before your scheduled time you will be unable to cancel or reschedule. Furthermore, if you set up an appointment less than 21 days from when you complete checkout you will be unable to cancel or reschedule.
